About me
Mother. Birth worker.
Yoga teacher. Coach.
Hi, my name is Christina. I was born and raised in Germany and now live in California with my family.
I've been supporting women and families through pregnancy and birth since 2019, but my relationship with motherhood began long before I ever entered the birth world professionally.
Becoming a mother changed me.
And over the years, through my own experiences of pregnancy, birth and raising three children, I've come to believe that we don't talk nearly enough about that transformation.
Because pregnancy isn't only about growing a baby.
Birth isn't only about bringing that baby into the world.
A woman is changing, too.
And she deserves to be supported through that change.
I believe women deserve...
Good information and informed choices.
A supported nervous system and an environment where they feel safe.
To be listened to, respected and supported.
To trust their bodies, their intuition and their inner wisdom.
Care that honors the mother as much as the baby.
MY STORY
My path to this work
My path into birth work really began after the difficult birth of my second baby.
I found myself wanting to understand more — about birth, my body, our choices and why our birth experiences can affect us so deeply. I started educating myself, and that curiosity eventually became a passion for supporting other women.
I trained as a birth doula and prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and continued learning about birth physiology, evidence-based care, meditation and nervous-system support.
My own birth experiences continue to shape the way I support women today. I share more of those stories on The Intuitive Birth Podcast.

MY APPROACH
I combine evidence-based knowledge with intuitive support, movement, breathwork, meditation and nervous-system tools to help you feel prepared, empowered and connected.
Every woman. Every birth. Every story is unique.
My role is to meet you where you are.
MY ROOTS
Growing up in Germany shaped the way I see birth and motherhood. A more midwife-centered, woman-centered approach to care taught me to see birth as a physiological process and to trust in the wisdom of women's bodies.
That perspective continues to shape my work today - from birth through the postpartum period (in German Wochenbett) and beyond.
MY LIFE
When I’m not supporting mamas, I’m with my three children and our dog - soaking up nature, hiking, ocean swims, good conversations and the little moments that make life beautiful.
Because the baby isn’t the only one being born.
A mother is being born, too.
